IMPERIAL PRUSSIAN INFANTRY OFFICERS SWORD Deluxe heavy construction the blade is 80cm (32in) and 25mm wide (the average sword blade of this type is15mm wide), double fuller high polish blade by PDL.( Paul D Ludenschloss ). Brass bound fish scale type handle with standard gilded WII applied badge.eagle basket grip Silver scabard with a good deal of the finish remaining.

WURTTEMBERG M89 PATTERN CAVALRY OR / NCO's SWORD. German silver basket hilt with Wuttemburg Wappen, this is the fixed type basket of very heavy construction without hinged flaps. Black bakalite handle in excellent condition.84cm (33in)bright plain blade marked by Clemen &Jung. with the top third of the blade with faint enfraved foliage with some black spotting to it in goodcondition. Black single ring refinished scabbard.

IMPERIAL BAVARIAN OFFICERS HEAVY CAVALRY ( SCHWERES REITER REGIMENT 1 OR 2 ) PARADE OR WALKING OUT SWORD. Typical four bar pallash style. Most gilt remaining, black wood and 3 strand brass binding to handle (hilt) in perfect condition. Double fullered 85cm ( 33") blade by Samuel Hoppe ( beehive) also in perfect condition, probably refinished black scabbard.Quite a rare Bavarian Cavalry sword.

GARDE PIONEER OFFICERS DELUX SWORD ENGRAVED AND NAMED BLADE. Excellent Garde Pioneer Officers parade sword. Standard Infantry sword.with Luxus pattern handle with gilded oakleaves foliage etc.etc.. Sharkskin handle with applied garde star. Engraved and blued blade by WKC. 33 inch 84cm long. On the blade is a superb blued panel with '' v Falkenstein s.l. Baron von der Goltz'' with stands of arms foliage over half the blade . On the reverse a panel with a garde star another with an officer on a horse and the largest panel has ''Garde Pionier Batl. --'' The number has been removed probably because the officer ended up as the CO of the 3rd battalion having ing started off in the 1st, A magnificant and rare named sword excellent The scabbard is ding free and probably refinished ..

SAXON CAVALRY OFFICERS SWORD. Superb Saxon cavalry sword possibly Garde Reiter. Brass jawless lion head sword handle with sharkskin handle. All wire binding complete.The langet has a separately affixed AR in silverPossibly a Garde Reiter Walking out (interim)sword.. Blade with worn faint engraving, usual Saxon 1/2 engraved blade decoration AR etc With 'Eisenhauer'. Edge has been sharpened as to be expected with eisenhauer blades and also has a few nicks to 33 inch pipeback blade. But still a rare sword See Angolia Swords of Germany 1900- 1945 Page 449 for the exact sword. With its original Saxon sword knot with green base and linen strap. A rare sword in any condition.

FELD ARTILLERY REGIMENT No13 KEONIG KARL .(No 1 Wurtemberg) OFFICERS SWORD This is an unusual, what appears to be a polised steel sword and scabbard. It is in the typical Artillery heavy 'luxus' quality manufacture with a 33 inch 84cm blade with a blued panel with Feld Artill:Regt. Konig Karl (1 Wurtt) Nr 13. surrounded by foliage etc. On the reverse side half the blade is covered with Foliage stands of arms etc etc. No maker. The scabbard is polished steel no dents This sword comes with its original Sword knot and a single leather and brocade hanging strap ..In overall e very good condition.
